Overview
What is GraftBook?
GraftBook is an installable web app for NI sole-trader tradespeople — plumbers, electricians, joiners and roofers running their business admin off the back of a van seat. It replaces WhatsApp threads, handwritten quotes and 9pm Word invoices with one tool that does a single loop well: manage clients, quote a job, convert that quote to an invoice, deliver both as a clean link the customer can view without logging in, and keep every receipt against the job.
The product is deliberately simple — a tradesperson should be able to quote a job in a couple of taps and invoice it in one, with no manual and no training. It runs in the phone’s browser and installs to the home screen like an app, so there’s nothing to download and updates ship instantly.

Turn an accepted quote into an invoice in a single tap — every line item carried over. Send it as a link the customer can view and download, then mark it paid when the money lands.
